Over the past 25 years, Peter Niemann has accompanied more than ten listed properties in their transformation into luxury hotels, restaurants and special uses such as doctors' surgeries and residential space Initially from the perspective of the chef, later as an extension of the owners and thus a link between them and the builders and trades. The advantage for the owners: Niemann's many years of operational experience guarantee a concept development that is focused solely on the needs of employees and guests rather than on aesthetics or budget And this not only promotes employee and guest satisfaction, but also saves money in the end After all, if you make too many mistakes at the beginning, you will have to rectify them during the course of your business And that is usually expensive ...
